Dear LANOMS'2011 authors of accepted [full|short] papers,
Please read carefully the camera-ready instructions below:

LANOMS 2011 - Camera ready submission instructions

Camera ready and copyright form due August 22nd.

Guide for the final manuscript submission: LANOMS 2011 has been registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress. All LANOMS conference articles submitted for inclusion in LANOMS Proceedings must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

Submission of the final manuscript is handled via JEMS system in PDF format. Therefore, authors must firstly make use of IEEE PDF Express tool to ensure paper adherence to the required format, and then submit the final PDF via JEMS along with the Copyright Form. Please, follow the steps below for your final manuscript and copyright submission:

Step 1. Ensure that your camera ready manuscript is formatted according to the IEEE templates. The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates for US letter format, as well as related information, can be found here: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Step 2. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceedings. Please, add one of the following copyright notices at the bottom in the first page of your paper:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4577-1792-5/11/$26.00 ©2011 Crown
- For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-4577-1792-5/11/$26.00 ©2011 IEEE

Step 3. Verify that your PDF file is IEEE Xplore Compliant by using the PDF eXpress service at http://www.pdf-express.org/. Log in to the service using conference ID: lanoms2011x. Create a new user account using your own email and password. Submit your PDF file for compliance checking. The website also has instructions on how to create an IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF file from a source file, which may help if you have problems creating a compliant PDF file yourself.

Step 4. Download the Copyright From from http://www.ieee.org/documents/ieeecopyrightform.pdf, fill and scan it.

Step 5. Log in to https://submissoes.sbc.org.br and upload your IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF paper, as well as the filled copyright form.
