Only original papers (not published on under review elsewhere) should be submitted. Both regular papers (8-page limit) and short papers (4-page limit) will be accepted. The format is IEEE 2-column for conference proceedings. All submissions must be made electronically through JEMS (https://submissoes.sbc.org.br). There will be an award for the best paper of the conference. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEExplore digital library.
