Posters are single printed documents to be hung on a panel or board during the poster exhibition session. Each poster must have maximum dimensions of 84,1 cm (large) and 118,9 cm (height), as displayed in the image below. At the conference, presenters are expected to mount their posters for attendees to view. Poster boards, pins and other material needed for posting your poster will be provided by the conference organization. The poster must have the title on top, followed by authors’ names and affiliation. In the middle go the text and figures. Extensive use of pictures, graphics, diagrams and tables are highly recommended, as well as the use of colors. Posters in the PowerPoint slides (A4, etc) format are not allowed.
IEEExplore Submission and Format Instructions

To be published in the LANOMS 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper (long, short and poster) is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.

Long papers should not exceed the limit of 8 pages. Short papers should no exceed the limit of 4 pages. Posters should not exceed the limit of 2 pages.
All posters must be presented in order to get eligibility for publication. The poster session will count on an organizer, who is in charge to verify author's presence, guarantee the oral presentations, assess each presentation and fill out a submission form accordingly. The form will be reported to the organizers of the event and to the IEEE.

Note: Each poster-board will have a paper number indicating the assigned poster paper. Please check this info before placing your poster, to avoid any possible overlaps with another poster presenter.
Submission Instructions

Authors are invited to submit original contributions in PDF format through the LANOMS 2015 web site. Papers must be written in English.
